PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing before your goodies are dispatched from our warehouse. Processing time includes operations as order verification, quality check and packaging.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment

Please allow between 1-3 Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email or by SMS.

If, for some reason, you can't find your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at hey@dailyprestige.com with your order number and details for your inquiry.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

When ordering multiple items at once, our system usually splits these into individual packages. Therefore, please note that your order may arrive in separate packages and may also arrive in different times.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. If you are not home when delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected.
